Dunes Golf And Beach Club
Ranked among the "Top 100 Courses in America", the famed Dunes Golf & Beach Golf is a classic Robert Trent Jones seaside design built in the mid-1940s. Many of the holes on the front nine are bordered by mature oaks and pines. Much of the back nine plays along the tidal marshes and Singleton Lake. Gently rolling hills with Robert Trent Jones' signature elevated greens complexes and deep bunkers make this a great test of golf, thus a popular venue for major golf events.

Farmstead Golf Links
True to its name, Farmstead Golf Links gives players the feeling of playing golf "down on the farm," as the course occupies property that used to be farmland for a prominent local family, the McLambs. In 2001, the golf course, designed by Willard Byrd and Dave Johnson, emerged from the landscape and has been a delight to its loyal local players and thousands of annual visitors ever since. With sprawling fairways, well-placed bunkers and undulating greens, the course has an open feel, with wind affecting play most every day.
Sea Trail Maples Course
The first of the three courses at Sea Trail Plantation, the Maples Course continues to lead the way. A familiar name to golf aficionados, architect Dan Maples crafted a quality design at Sea Trail, featuring five holes that play along the scenic Calabash Creek.
Thistle Golf Course
Excellence. Pride. Tradition. These are the hallmarks of this award winning golf community. Named after the prestigious Thistle Club in Leith, Scotland, Thistle Golf Club in Sunset Beach, N.C., is just a short drive up the coast from Myrtle Beach. Offering one the most beautiful yet challenging 27- hole layouts on the Grand Stand.
Arcadian Shores Golf Club
Opened in 1974, the course helped to launch the career of noted modern architect Rees Jones, who made the course his first solo design effort. In the proceeding four decades, it has hosted numerous Carolinas PGA events, testing players with tree-lined fairways and undulating, well-protected green complexes with Tifton Dwarf Bermuda putting surfaces.
River Club
River Club, opened in 1985 and designed by Tom Jackson, is one of the gems of the Southern Grand Strand and a member of the illustrious Waccamaw Golf Trail. At just over 6,600 yards from the back Blue tees, the course offers a perfect blend of challenge and playability that appeals to all levels of player.
Barefoot Resort And Golf- Dye Course
Pete Dye, The Hall of Fame of architect, delivered everything that was expected of him at Barefoot Resort's Dye Club, which has been ranked among America's 100 Greatest Public Courses. The Dye Club, the area's most prominent "big event" course, can rattle the weak of mind of with yawning waste bunkers and the perception of a meaty challenge.
Palmetto Course At Myrtlewood Golf Club
Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, off of Highway 17 ByPass, The Palmetto Course at Myrtlewood is a traditional layout designed by Edmund Ault in the early 1970s. It features gently sloping fairways with a variety of hazards, bunkers and large, subtle undulating greens.
Grande Dunes Golf Club
Located near the heart of Myrtle Beach, Grande Dunes Resort Club offers guests unparalleled golf in a breathtaking location, resulting in aesthetically pleasing and rewarding game for players of all skill levels. Willbrook Plantation Golf Club
Built upon the sites of two 18th Century plantations, Willbrook Plantation Golf Club is a scenic golf course with an amazing variety of wildlife and historic points of interest.
Blackmoor Golf Club
Open since 1990, Blackmoor Golf Club is one of the Grand Strand's most beloved modern layouts. It is the work of legendary golfer and golf course architect Gary Player--his only design effort in the Myrtle Beach area. Blackmoor's location in scenic Murrells Inlet places it among the prestigious courses of the area's Waccamaw Golf Trail.
Southcreek At Myrtle Beach National
One of three Arnold Palmer signature designs at the Myrtle Beach National Golf Club off of Highway 501 near Conway, SC, SouthCreek is generally considered the friendliest of the three. Palmer and design partner Francis Duane created this layout in the early 1970's, and it remains a popular layout for locals and visitors alike.
Arrowhead Country Club
World Golf Hall of Famer Raymond Floyd and course architect Tom Jackson teamed up to create this 27-hole gem, located near the heart of Myrtle Beach. Each of the three nines - Cypress, Lakes and Waterway -- has it's own personality taking a lot of its character from what nature provided.
Crow Creek Golf Club
Crow Creek Golf Club is located in Calabash, North Carolina, just a couple miles over the state border. One of the noted courses of the northern Grand Strand, it is convenient to central Myrtle Beach as well. Designed by Rick Robbins and opened in 2000, it is a modern course built with classical sensibilities.
Long Bay Club
The Long Bay Club, located at the northern end of the Grand Strand along Highway 9 in Longs, South Carolina, is one of two excellent Jack Nicklaus Signature designs in the Myrtle Beach area.

Tradition Golf Club
Designed by noted golf course architect Ron Garl, Tradition Golf Club burst onto the Myrtle Beach Golf scene in 1996. Located in the Litchfield Beach section of Pawleys Island, it is one of the jewels of the southern Grand Strand's stretch of courses known as the Waccamaw Golf Trail.
Barefoot Resort And Golf- Fazio Course
A three-time member of Golf Digest's ranking of America's 100 Greatest Public Courses, the Fazio Course is one of the area's strongest.Its no wonder why it was the host site of Golf Channel's hit reality TV show; 'BIG BREAK' Myrtle Beach. With waste bunkers or more traditional bunkers lining nearly every fairway, the Tom Fazio design provides ample challenge from start to finish.
West Course At Myrtle Beach National
This classic Arnold Palmer signature course opened in 1973, one of three Palmer designs at the Myrtle Beach National Golf Club. Arnold Palmer collaborated with partner Francis Duane to create a design that winds through a forest of Carolina pines, doglegs, fairway bunkers and natural hazards.
Burning Ridge Golf Club
Burning Ridge Golf Club is located in the center of the Grand Strand, just off highway 501 between Myrtle Beach and the town of Conway, convenient to most oceanfront resorts. Designed by Gene Hamm, the golf course opened in 1980 and has been a favorite of residents and visitors alike ever since. It boasts rolling terrain and well-maintained TifEagle Bermuda putting surfaces.

Eagle Nest Golf Club
Nestled in the heart of Little River, South Carolina, Eagle Nest Golf Club is one of the most conveniently located courses along the northern end of the Grand Strand. Designed by Gene Hamm, the course opened in 1971, making it one of the longest-tenured courses in the area, having been enjoyed by countless thousands of locals and visiting golfers alike in parts of five decades.
Barefoot Resort And Golf- Love Course
More than a decade after Barefoot became the first, and still only, American facility to open four courses simultaneously, the Love Course is the property's most popular layout. It has been a fixture on Golf Magazine's list of "The Top 100 You Can Play," a ranking of public courses and was the host site of Golf Channel's hit reality TV show; 'BIG BREAK' Myrtle Beach. Even more importantly, is the place the Love Course holds in the hearts of golfers.
Pine Lakes Country Club
It's nicknamed "The Granddaddy," as Pine Lakes is the first and oldest golf course on the Myrtle Beach Grand Strand. It was designed in the mid-1920's by a native of St. Andrews, Scotland named Robert White, who went on to become the first President of the PGA of America.
Glen Dornoch Waterway Golf Links
Glen Dornoch Golf Links has been among the area's most popular courses since its 1996 opening and the reasons are many. Chief among Glen Dornoch assets is the variety it features.
Hackler Course At Coastal Carolina University
The Hackler Course is one of the most vibrant facilities along the Grand Strand. The reason for the energy is simple: the Hackler Course, which is located on the campus of Coastal Carolina, is largely staffed by members of the university's acclaimed Professional Golf Management Program.
Pawleys Plantation Golf And Country Club
This classic Jack Nicklaus design delivers on challenge and beauty. The course is situated along the saltwater marsh in historic Pawleys Island. The course opened in 1988, and remains among South Carolina's top-ranked courses.
Azalea Sands
The virtues of Azalea Sands are readily apparent. The course, located in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, is located less than a half-mile from the Atlantic Ocean, making it easily accessible whether you are taking a golf trip or a family beach vacation (did we mention kids play free at Azalea Sands?).
Caledonia Golf And Fish Club
Opened in 1994, Caledonia Golf & Fish Club was Mike Strantz's first solo course design. In nearly 20 years, it has been one of the absolute favorite golf courses on the Grand Strand and consistently ranks as one of the top public-accessible courses in the South by every major golf publication.
Pearl Golf Links - East Course
Since opening in 1987, The Pearl Golf Links has been one of the fixtures on the Myrtle Beach golf scene, especially on the north end, located as the facility is in the quaint seaside town of Calabash, North Carolina.
Crown Park Golf Club
Crown Park features five sets of tees, with the back Blue set maxing out at a very modest 6,477 yards, par 72. The rest of the tee sets are relatively manageable as well, right down to the Green tees, which play 4,473 yards and are perfect for higher handicap female players and junior golfers just taking up the game.
Tidewater Golf Club And Plantation
Tidewater burst onto the national golf travel scene as the first layout to win Best New Course honors from both Golf Digest and Golf Magazine, and it remains one of the nation's premier courses.
Barefoot Resort And Golf- Norman Course
Situated alongside the Fazio, Love and Dye courses at Barefoot, the Norman Course offers the award-winning resort's most stunning visuals and, arguably, its most player-friendly course. With five sets of tees that range from 4,953 to 7,035 yards, Norman crafted a layout for any level of golfer.
