The Horizon
The Horizon is a recently opened 13-story vacation resort, located at the northern end of Grand Strand, Myrtle Beach. Just a few steps from the beach, the Horizon has a selection of one to three-bedroom self-contained luxury condos.
All 143 condos have modern kitchens fitted with washers and driers, stainless steel appliances and granite work surfaces. The condos, each fitted with ceiling fans, have large balconies that overlook the Atlantic. Amenities at the Horizon include indoor and outdoor pools, which are raised 40 feet above ground-level, as well as a luxury spa, a lazy river pool and a well-fitted exercise room. Guests may also use all of the amenities offered by the Grande Shores Beach Resort next door. These condos, which are non-smoking, all have access to free wireless Internet, and all of the interior corridors are air conditioned.
The Horizon offers a number of package holidays designed for golfers, the family, romantic weekends or around some of the many attractions offered in the region. Golfers can enjoy a large selection of golf packages offered by the resort. These include the opportunity of playing at some of the courses designed by several of the country’s top golf architects.
There’s plenty to attract you to a Myrtle Beach golf vacation. Aside from the beach itself there are such venues as a water park, aquarium, museums, adventure parks, theaters and restaurants, not to mention the many malls and other outlets scattered throughout the region.
