No. 16 at Moorland is a lot of fun to play.
"The area around the 16th green at Moorland is known as Hell’s Half-Acre and it earned its nickname. The hole is drivable from every set of tees, but there is plenty of trouble awaiting wayward shots, including pot bunkers, waste areas, grass bunkers, pampas grass and, whatever you do, don’t find the bunker located just over the green. No. 16 at Moorland is a lot of fun to play."

It’s unbelievable.
“I think the Legends Resort, as a whole, is the best place to stay in Myrtle Beach. I’ve come down 8 or 9 times, and we will never stay anywhere else. From breakfast in the morning to three championship courses, it’s unbelievable.“

Don’t be scared by the prospect of a challenge.
“Moorland, a 4.5-star course according to Golf Digest, is a stout test of golf, but don’t be scared by the prospect of a challenge. The layout is visually appealing and, most importantly, fun to play. If you play well, you will score well. No matter, you will remember Moorland.“

Excellent.
“All the courses at the Legends are excellent. My son works there so the price is right and the time with spent golfing with him is priceless.“

Won't ever forget.
“First choice would be The Dunes Club. I birdied 13 (aka Waterloo) while carrying a 24 handicap. Won't ever forget those shots.“

I will never turn down an opportunity to play the Dunes.
“One of the best things about the Myrtle Beach area are the choices, food, hotels, entertainment and most of all golf. With all the fantastic golf choices that are available its hard to imagine that the 2nd oldest golf course in Myrtle Beach stll remains in my opinion the best overall. That course is the Dunes Beach & Golf Club at the end of Ocean Blvd. I have every intention of playing every golf course in Myrtle Beach someday, however I will never turn down an opportunity to play the Dunes.“

Dunes Golf & Beach Club Reviewed by Dennis Nicholl on Sep 14.
Something special.
“It has stood the test of time. I know that is kind of cliché but it really has. A couple tee boxes, holes and bunkers have been tweaked and the greens have been restored to their original size, but other than that the course is as it was in 1949. It’s something special.”

A thinking golfer's golf course.
“King's North at Myrtle Beach National is my favorite. It's beautiful, well-conditioned, and is a thinking golfer's golf course. Plus, anything with a life size Arnold Palmer statue in front of the clubhouse HAS to be okay.“

Just beautiful
“I have played about 75 courses in Myrtle Beach and my favorite has to be Kings North. Every tee box you have to say " Would you look at this" just beautiful.“

Thanks for the memories
“i've been in murtle beach twice a year for about 6 or 7 years playing a lot of different courses and my favorite is Kings North.I just last year finally got to play the "Gambler" and hit one of my best t-shots of the week there and lost my ball.It was either picked up by the group in front of me or (lol) hit a sprinkler head and went past the island fairway into the water.I can't wait to go back there and play again.from in western Maryland, thanks for the memories.“
