Golf for A Year 2012 Myrtle Beach Golf Getaway Contest Rules:

Eligibility: No purchase is necessary to enter or claim prize. The Golf for A Year 2012 Myrtle Beach
Golf Getaway Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to all legal U.S. residents and Canada who are
frequent golfers (play 20 or more rounds per year) who are at least 21 years of age. Employees of Myrtle
Beach Golf Holiday ("Sponsor"), and their affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, franchises, distributors,
retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families or household members of
each are not eligible for this contest. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local
laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law or regulations.

How to enter: To enter, register online complete and submit the registration form located at the
website. To be eligible for the Sweepstakes, entries must be received between 12:00 p.m. Eastern
Standard Time ("EST") on January 1, 2012 and 11:59:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2012 (the
"Sweepstakes Period"). Only one (1) entry per person/email address; entries with duplicate email
addresses or multiple entries using different email addresses for a single individual will be disqualified.
In order to qualify you MUST be a golfer. This is a NON-transferrable golf trip and may not be redeemed
for cash or transferred to anyone. All entries and requests become the property of Sponsors and will
not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry
will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account of the e-mail address
submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned
to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g.
business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain
associated with the submitted e-mail address. All valid email addresses entered will receive a complimentary subscription to the Myrtle Beach Golf Holiday newsletter, from which one can unsubscribe at any time.

GRAND PRIZE: (1) One winner will be awarded a year-long golf vacation package for himself/herself
and a guest that includes: Approximate retail value: $30,000.

a. Monthly visits may be combined to extend stay. Combined nights and rounds shall not exceed the total allotted above. Visits mayonly be used by the winner of the sweepstakes and their guest and may NOT be transferred to anyone else or redeemed for cash.

b. Rounds will be distributed over a broad selection of premium courses, based on tee time availability and based on the decision of Myrtle Beach Golf Holiday. (Sponsor)

c. If air service is not available within 150-mile radius of Winner s primary residence, reimbursement for gas receipts to and from Myrtle Beach will be substituted. The Sweepstakes winner will be responsible for incidentals such as, baggage claims (payment for checked bags), checking clubs (payment for checking clubs)
d. Rental car will be mid-size vehicle, courtesy of U-Save Auto Rental. Sweeps winner will be responsible to return rental car with a full tank of gas.
e. Dinners for two up to the sole discretion of the Sponsor (Myrtle Beach Golf Holiday) May not be redeemed for cash and nontransferrable.

Selection of winner: Winner will be randomly selected by Myrtle Beach Golf Holiday in a drawing on
or about October 10, 2012 from among eligible entries submitted during the Sweepstakes Period. The
drawing will be conducted by representatives of Sponsor. The selection of the winner will be final and
binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winner will be notified by telephone, mail, or e-mail
on or about October 15, 2012 and will be given instructions on how to claim prize. Winner will be
required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release (and, where permitted, publicity
release) within ten (10) days of notification or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate
winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received

Release of Liability: By participating, you release Sponsor, and their subsidiaries, affiliates, partners,
employees, directors, agents, advertising agencies, and all other associated with the development and
execution of this Sweepstakes, from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or
claimed to be caused by your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding,
receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize, and you agree that these entities are in no matter responsible
for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the
promotion and/or the awarding of any prize. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the
preceding release is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or void for any reason,
the entrant agrees that, by entering the Sweepstakes, (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of
action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved
individually without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any claims, judgments and awards shall be
limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, incidental or consequential damages of any and all rights to have damages or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

Additional Rules: Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or
entries generated by a scrip, macro or use of automated devices are void. Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled or illegible entries; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other persons computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible if planned golf rounds are rained out, postponed, or cancelled for any reason, in whole or in part. In that
event, no compensation will be paid in lieu of the prize package. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding inn all matters relations to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules; and (ii) suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion that malfunction, error, disruption or damage, is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper play of the Sweepstakes. If Sweepstakes is terminated before the end date, Sponsor will determine the winner from all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Entry constitutes consent to the use of prize winners name, voice, picture, video, photograph submitted as party of entry Sweepstakes, and/or likeness without compensation for promotion purposes.
