Hummingbird Course at Wild Wing Plantation
The new “Hummingbird Nine” course will open to the public and complete the evolution of Wild Wing to a 27 Hole facility. The Hummingbird Nine is comprised of several key holes from the original course layout. This additional nine hole track will offer great conditions and even better availability. The increase in availability comes from the continuous “Single Tee Method”. This is unlike other facilities that double and triple tee their customers causing the ever-frustrating delays when turning from one nine to another. Customers of Wild Wing can expects consistent pace of play rates without any “Surprises” at the turn. If you add this together with great service and conditions you’ve got happy golfers at the end of every round.
Wild Wing has been known for it service, conditions and unique layouts for years. The Larry Nelson designed Avocet Course is known for its excellent condition and remains a “Must Play” course when in the Myrtle Beach area. With the opening of the new Hummingbird Nine course you now have one more reason to dust off your clubs and visit Wild Wing.
